I recently checked all the different Amazon Price Trackers out there, including CamelCamelCamel, Keepa, and Honey.
While some of them are decent at Amazon price alerts + history charts, for me they didn’t check Amazon prices frequently enough and can’t compare an identical product across multiple online stores to find the cheapest price.
It’s was also very manual to add price alerts one by one. PriceLasso is an Amazon Price Tracker that automated the creation of alerts and also has Amazon price history charts. For me, PriceLasso created about 100 alerts automatically on stuff I regularly buy. There were some Amazon alerts created for products I no longer buy, but it was very easy to remove them with one click.
One of my favorite features with PriceLasso is the ability to track the final price with coupon codes on Amazon (and see the coupon price reflected in price history), which CamelCamelCamel and Keepa could not do. Their price history charts reflect the un-couponed price, which is becoming more an issue when 3rd party merchants raise the price and just add a coupon to get it to the same price. Otherwise it seems like the Amazon price actually went up, but it’s not a very accurate picture.
